The Futures of Pacific perspective in social work education and leadership
There is mana in Pacific ways of knowing, being, and doing that can significantly contribute to the futures of academia, specifically social work education and leadership. These circles of education and leadership can also serve as spaces to cultivate national and international futures of Pacific cultures, healing, and resistance. Grounded in a Pacific perspective and extensive work in this area of study, this presentation will discuss the Futures of Pacific perspective in social work education and leadership.
